REQUIREMENTS
1. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the Procurement of Construction of 3B+G+11 Regional Office Building at Adama (RFQ 4077899). The complete set of bidding documents can be obtained commencing from March 07, 2022, from Ethio telecom’s Head Office, Room No. 201B during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only).
2. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below:
a) Availability of bid bond with an amount of ETB 500,000.00(Birr Five Hundred Thousand)
b) Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers.
c) Bidders should submit valid trade licenses, VAT registration certificates,s and tax clearance.
d) Bidders should submit compliance statements and anti-bribery plague forms along with a bid submission sheet.
e) Certificate of competence GC/BC Grade 1 endorsed by Ministry of Construction or respective region.
2.1 The bid bond shall be furnished in the format specified in the bid document only

4. Bid proposal will be received at Ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No. 211B, before or on March 28, 2022, until 2:00 pm (afternoon) Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date & time shall not be accepted.
5. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend on March 28, 2022, at 2:30 pm (Afternoon), at Ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.210.
6. Partial bid is not allowed
7. No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.
8. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.
9. Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
