Key Roles and Responsibilities
On behave of client manage the contractor, day to day activity, quality of work and over all activity on site.
Ensure work is performed per plans and specifications via coordination with quality assurance and functional check out group
Review Contractors work performance and project status updated.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Supervise construction of work.
Manage the planning & design stage of construction projects.
Job Requirement
B.SC degree in Civil engineering or COTM,
8 years and above work experience in building construction projects.
Demonstrate knowledge of cost control, cost reporting and project schedule management.
