Duties and responsibilities
Structural analysis of buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements to which they will be exposed and detailing Improve the structure integrity of existing buildings Site supervision
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum 4 years experience
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, MSc in
structure is an additional advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy on ETABS, SAP, Revate Structure
Min of 2 building structural designs with more than 10
stories computed and approved
Pst licensed
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Diagrammatic skills
Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills.
The ability to liaise well with professionals from other
disciplines

Duties and responsibilities
Create designs for new construction projects,
alterations and redevelopments
Liaise with construction professionals about the
feasibility of potential projects
Writing and presenting reports, proposals, and contracts
Viewing building sites, proposed locations, and client
meetings
JOB REQUIREMENT
Four years experience
Capable of designing indoor and outdoor spaces
Must be capable of adhering to budgets and timelines.
Excellent teamwork and collaborative skills.
Excellent technical drawing skills.
Strong communication and project management
skills.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must have excellent knowledge of Autocad, Revit,
Lumion, and SketchUp. Knowledge of additional
software such as Grasshopper, Rhino, ArchiCAD, and
3d Max is preferred.
Knowledge of building codes and regulatory
standards of Ethiopia
