The Butajira City Administration Finance Office has funds within the employers’ budget to be used for the procurement of Consultancy Services for the Construction Supervision, Contract Administration, and Design Review Works of the B+G+10 Sector Office Building In Butajira City. Bidders should be registered in Consulting Architects & Engineers of Category One having Renewed Trade license and consultancy service certificates, Tax clearance certificates, and VAT Registration certificate. Interested eligible bidders are invited to submit Wax-sealed bids for providing the necessary professionals, for the consultancy service. 2. The Butajira City Administration invites sealed bids from eligible bidders having the Project experience of for the Consultancy service of Architectural, Engineering, Soil Investigation, Construction Supervision, contract administration and Design review of this above-mentioned projects: 3. Bidding will be conducted through Open National Tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the SNNPRS of Ethiopia. And is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents. 4. Qualifications requirements include: must be eligible fulfilling the requirements of the Particular Instruction of the Project. As referredin bid data sheet. A margin of preference for goods manufactured in Ethiopia and local companies engaged in construction or consultancy services shall be applied. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to Butajira OFED and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr ETB 500 (Five Hundred ETB). Within 15 consecutive days from the date of publication on Addis Zemen newspaper. The method of payment will Le cash. The Bidding Documents will be sent by legal person authorized by the Bidder. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below Butajira OFED Purchasing and Sales work process to attend on the 16th day at or before 02:00 pm (08:00 local time): Late bids will be rejected. 7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on the 16th day at the Butajira OFED Purchasing and Sales work process at 02:30 PM (08:30 local time). 8. The 16th day is Holiday, Saturday or Sunday the bid is not opening, The Bid opening the next working day. 9. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency for each lot. The bid security shall be payable on demand to the employer, and must be in an acceptable form of Bank Guarantee/ CPO and must be addressed to Butajira City OFED. 10. The Butajira City OFED reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. 11.
