INVITATION FOR RE-BID
IFB No. ECWCT/NCB/PG-40/2015
1. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) hereby invites registered eligible bidders for supply of DIFFERENT SIZE REINFORCEMENT BARS
2. Interested Potential Bidders are required to present renewed relevant Trade License for the Ethiopian fiscal year, VAT Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate and Online Supplier list Registration Certificate together with their offer.
3. Bidding document should be prepared in English language.
4. Interested Potential Bidders obtain a complete set of bidding document from the office of Procurement Department against payment of none refundable fee of Birr 200.00 upon presentation of Trade License renewed for the fiscal year.
5. This invitation of bid is open to all interested potential bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in bidding document.
6. The deadline for bid Submission shall be on October 13, 2022, at 02:30 P.M.
7. Bid must be accompanied with a Bid Security of an amount of Birr 300,000.00 ETB (Three hundred thousand) in the form of certified cheque (CPO) or Bank guarantee. Bid Bond in the form of insurance bond or in any other form shall not be accepted.
8. Bids must be delivered or deposited in the Tender Box situated at the office of the Procurement Department on October 13, 2022, at 03:00 P.M. in Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation Procurement Department conference room, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend.
10. The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation reserves its rights to reject any or all bids.

የኢትዮጵያ ኮንስትራክሽን ስራዎች ኮርፖሬሽን ለ 2015 በጀት ዓመት በሚከተሉት የግዥ መደቦች የተሰማሩ ዕቃ አቅራቢ እና አገልግሎት ሰጪ ድርጅቶችን በአቅራቢ ዝርዝር ውስጥ በሚመለከታቸው ምድብ መዝግቦ በመያዝ ቀልጣፋ እና አሳታፊ በሆነ መልኩ በውስን ጨረታ ለሚፈፀሙ ጥቅል ግዥዎች እና በዋጋ ማቅረቢያ /proforma/ ለሚፈፀሙ ተናጠል ግዠዎች የተመዘገቡ ድርጅቶችን በመጋበዝ ወይም በማሳተፍ ግዥ መፈፀም ይፈልጋል፡፡
ስለሆነም ከታች የተጠቀሱትን ዕቃዎች እና አገልግሎቶች ማቅረብ የምትፈልጉ ድርጅቶች ከዚህ በታች የተገለፁትን መስፈርቶች በማሟላት በሰም በታሸገ ፖስታ መረጃዎች አደራጅቶ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡
1. ከሚመዘገቡበት ዘርፍ ጋር ተዛማጅ የሆነ የታደሰ የንግድ ስራ ፈቃድ፣ የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስ ከፋይ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ሰርቲፊኬት እና ከሀገር ውስጥ ገቢ ቢሮ የተሰጠ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ (ታክስ ክሊራንስ)፤ የታክስ ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር በማቅረብ ይህ የጥሪ ማስታወቂያ ከወጣበት ቀን አንስቶ ዘወትር በስራ ሰዓት መመዝገብ ይችላሉ፡፡
2. የድርጅታችሁን ገቢ ወጪ እንቅስቃሴ የሚያሳይ የቅርብ ሁለት ዓመት የተጣራ ካሽ ፍሎ እንድታቀርቡ፤ እንዲሁም ድርጅታችሁ ከተመሰረተ ከአንድ አመት በላይ ያስቆጠረ ከሆነ ደግሞ በውጭ ኦዲተር የተሰራ የቅርብ ሁለት አመታት ኦዲት ሪፖርት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፤
3. ተመዝጋቢ ድርጅቶች ለሰጣችሁት አገልግሎት ወይም ላቀረባችሁት ዕቃ ከተመዘዘገባችሁበት ዘርፍ ጋር ቀጥተኛ የሆነ መልካም አፈጻጸም የሚገልጽ ምስክር ወረቀት ፤ የገባችሁት ውል እና ልዩ ልዩ የድርጅታችሁን አፈፃፀም የሚገልፁ ማስረጃዎች ቢቀርብ የበለጠ ተቀባይነት ይኖረዋል፤
4. ተመዝጋቢዎች ኮርፖሬሽኑ የሚፈልጋቸውን ዕቃዎች እና አገልግሎቶች በተፈለገው ጊዜ፤ ቦታ፤ ሁኔታ፣ ብዛት እና ጥራት ለማቅረብ ፈቃደኞች እና ኃላፊነት የሚወስዱ መሆናቸውን የሚያረጋግጥ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡
5. ተመዝጋቢዎች ለምዝገባ ምንም አይነት ኮርፖሬሽኑ ክፍያም ሆነ የማስከበሪያ ዋስትና አይጠይቅም፡፡
6. አምራች ድርጅቶች እና ከአምራቹ ህጋዊ ውክልና የተሰጣቸው አስመጪዎች እና ጅምላ አከፋፋዮች የበለጠ ተቀባይነት ያላቸው ሲሆን ይህንን የሚገልጽ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
7. እንዲመዘገቡ እድል የሚሰጣቸው ድርጅቶች ያልታገዱ (debarred) መሆን ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
